Do you ship internationally?
No. Australian delivery addresses only please. 

How long does it take to process an order?
Once your order has been placed we generally get your order processed and ready for shipping within 3 business days. If you place an order on a weekend, your order may be processed the following business day. Please note processing times can take longer during holiday or busy periods


Can I track my order?

No. All orders are sent via normal mail without tracking. 

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us at hello@charliebyart.com.au with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible however we’ll try our best to update your shipping address. We recommend you make sure all details are correct before finalising your order to avoid disappointment.
